We have an excellent opportunity for a Workforce Planning technology SME to join our growing Workforce Strategy & Insights team. You’ll capture and define requirements for Anaplan/workforce planning implementations, development and configuration to help the business achieve its workforce strategy objectives. In doing so you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to HR and wider HSBC strategic roadmaps.

In this role you will:

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to design and develop workforce planning tooling (Anaplan) to optimise WFP process, end user experience and analysis.
• Works collaboratively with Workforce planning team to understand and develop the WFP policy, process and is responsible for WFP technology development.
• Design and development of effective workforce planning reporting and analysis to improve planning practice and drive value for a range of stakeholders.
• Designing the integration of planning information with wider HR data & Workforce Strategy and Insights analytics
• Collaborate with key stakeholders including - HR IT, Data Engineering, and 3rd party supplier - Anaplan

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Evidence of requirements capture and definition, ideally from a workforce planning tooling perspective.
• Workforce planning tooling/technology development and configuration experience. Ideally Anaplan, however other workforce planning technology exposure also of interest.
• An awareness of Power BI, People Insights and/or reporting technology.
• Able to link data from a variety of sources, to produce meaningful management insights appropriate for sometimes senior stakeholders. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders. 

This role is based in: Birmingham with hybrid working.
