Hays have partnered with this well-known Financial Services organisation who are looking for a Workforce Capability Screening Analyst to join their organisation.
**Your new role**
You will be responsible for supporting both the design and performance of a Workforce Capability processes and be involved in measuring performance, supporting design and maintenance of policies, procedures and change initiatives within your area.
The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Manage the team's day-to-day portfolio of background screening cases to meet agreed service-level agreement (SLAs) and ensure due diligence is shown at all times.
- Process screening cases, working within policy, process, and guidelines.
- Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate to management and business accordingly.
- Co-ordinate and present escalation cases to the Hiring Adjudication Panel on a weekly basis
- Ensure issues are dealt with efficiently with third parties in order to close background screening cases. Ensure that all reporting requirements are met and delivered by agreed deadlines. Identify, analyse, and address areas for improvements and/or amendments

**What you'll need to succeed
**To be successful in this role you will have the:

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels
- Ability to work and use discretion when reviewing/holding confidential information
- Ability to work on your own initiative without supervision
- Excellent organisation/prioritisation skills
- Ability to anticipate needs, demonstrate initiative and be proactive. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Educated to Bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
