Your Day-to-Day ️

  • Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media and networking events.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional support to candidates throughout the hiring process, creating a positive experience.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and track recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated effectively into the team. ⛵️
  • Attending Networking Events: We love events and Zinc, and as Talent Associate these will all be amazing for your professional growth (and they're super fun )
  • Promoting Internal Mobility: We love seeing our colleague flourish and growth in the company, you will be a central person to reach out to for anyone looking to consider their moves
  • Process Retrospectives: As a team we need to ensure that we are running the best possible processes we can and strategising next steps/ideas

Requirements

Salary
  • £35,000
Hybrid, Old Street, LDN

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

The Technical Toolkit You'll Need

Agency Recruitment Experience (1-2 Years)
Why?: Understanding the ins and outs of recruitment practices is essential to effectively manage candidate behaviour and expectations. Best practices are crucial for successful hiring.

Interview Process ⚡️

⚖️ Throughout the interview process, you will be assessed directly inline with the requirements above.

1. One-sided video interview with an introduction from Bel, Talent Associate. (15 mins) (**Please keep an eye out for this in your junk inbox**)

2. Phone call with Bel (10 minutes)

3. Interview with Bel, Dave, Head of Partnerships (30mins)

4. Final In-person interview with Task Sam, Chief of Staff, Alastair, Head of Outbound, Bel, Talent Associate (1 hour)
