Ground Control is looking for a proactive and organised Construction Project Coordinator to support our Landscape Construction team. In this role, you will assist in the smooth and efficient delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects from initial setup to completion, ensuring all internal and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Compile and submit contract set-up documentation, liaising with client teams for contract mobilization. Coordinate client-specific systems training and access (e.g., Asite, Projectwise, SharePoint). Assist in the handover of project documentation from the Estimating to Operations departments. Support Contract Managers in preparing construction phase documentation and procurement schedules. Manage documentation flow on client management portals, ensuring compliance with HSQE, staff access, delivery bookings, etc. Upload key client documentation to Ground Control’s internal system for record-keeping. Provide progress reporting on compliance outputs based on client KPIs. Attend client meetings, support Contract Managers, and assist with coordination, compliance, and reporting. Collaborate with teams for commercial/operational planning and project delivery. Assist in ensuring Field Team compliance and support onboarding processes. Compile and submit project O&M manuals and all necessary completion documentation. For Principal Contractor roles, format and submit the Project Health and Safety file.

The person;

This is a great role for an existing Administrator ideally within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, both written and verbal who has confidence in dealing with clients. You’ll have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously combined with the ability to prioritise workload and manage demands from multiple sources.

Attention to detail and quick, accurate responses to requests are also essential as well as strong IT skills.

This is a hybrid role between the office in Billericay occasionally and home.
