What we're looking for in a Sales Administration Manager:

The responsibility of this role is to understand, manage and continuously improve business process and systems while acting as an interface with Wilson Electronics staff and processes in the US. This position will work as a support to the Managing Director with commercial issues and taking ownership of internal administration and client interactions.

Strong skills with Office 365 tools are required but ultimately a "can do "attitude and motivation will be key in this role. Success in this position will result in growing efficiencies within the team and the business, this will create the possibility of thesuccessful candidate adopting further responsibilities within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Working alone but assisting the EMEA team when required
  • Supporting the MD EMEA, playing a strong role in EMEA commercial activities
  • Liaising with team in the US - utilizing shared MS systems
  • Managing local suppliers and services (non-technical)
  • Office based position but could be flexible to work within school hours

Requirements:

  • Degree level - any subject
  • Knowledge of Sales Admin, Finance is helpful
  • Background in a Technical Solution Industry, especially Telecoms is ideal
  • Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook)
