Assistant Facilities Manager

My client is a growing business with an excellent reputation as an employer. They are looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join them in a newly created role, to support the current Facilities Managers in the day to day management of a group ofbuildings.
**Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Supporting managers with maintenance contracts
- Writing reports
- Assisting with health and safety requirements
- Auditing of compliance
- Liaising with subcontractors
- Quoting customers
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Experience within a facilities based role
- IT skills
- Good communication skills
- An organised way of working with good attention to detail
- Access to a vehicle
