Cover Supervisor based in Ilkley

Protocol Education are recruiting for Cover Supervisors actively seeking work in the Ilkley area who are flexible on Full time or Part time work with a minimum availability of 2 days per week.

What is the role?

It is the job of Cover Supervisor to step up when the teacher cannot make the class. You would lead and guide the students through the work provided and assist in understanding the topic. This ensures that the students are up to speed ready for their next lesson.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a classroom setting is desirable but not essential
• The ability to engage students, keeping them on task, and to manage a classroom
• Easily adaptable to different subjects and ages of students
• Hold or be prepared to apply for an enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
