We work hard to make sure Educake is easy to use and that teachers get brilliant help if they need it, straight away.
Because teachers love Educake, and the number of schools we support is growing, we are looking for an additional, enthusiastic Marketing Administrator to join our company. You’ll be supporting our friendly marketing, sales support, and events teams. If you are passionate about helping people, have excellent administrative skills, and are a ‘to-do list’ ninja, you will be a great fit for the role.
Location: Cowley Road, Oxford, UK
Hours: 10 am-2 pm weekdays, term time only - 20 hours per week
Salary: £23K pro rata = £11,498 actual
Requirements
You will be someone who can:
- Collate welcome packets and marketing material for Educake customers.
- Pack, weigh, and label products based on daily orders.
- Ensure all packages are properly packaged and sealed.
- Log relevant posts, orders, and label paperwork
- Meet the specifics of customer orders on time.
- Plan, organise and maintain all stock of collateral and literature. Ordering as required.
- Support sales support colleagues with phone support and inbox enquiries as required.
- Assist sales support with renewal administration
- Event assistance if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
You will have:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Fast, accurate typing
- Lots of computer experience
- A good education
