Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Development team at CT19. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Marketing with promotional activities across medical and non-medical markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Head of Marketing with the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate and plan trade shows and conferences, ensuring effective logistics and communication with internal stakeholders.
- Manage marketing collateral for global distribution partners, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Provide administrative support for the Marketing function, including CRM administration and data analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.
- Previous experience in a sales and marketing environment, with a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced commercial setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot or other CRM tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for marketing, with a desire to contribute to the growth and success of CT19.
