Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our Business Development team at CT19, a medical device start-up transforming radiology with innovative technology.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Marketing with promotional activities across medical and non-medical markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordination and logistical planning of trade shows and conferences
- Lead validation and handover to sales via CRM
- CRM administration
- Managing marketing collateral for global distribution partners
- Working with internal departments to ensure documentation is collated to support marketing activities
- Producing marketing reports for internal stakeholders
We are looking for a candidate with a passion for marketing and previous experience in a sales and marketing environment. If you have a proven track record of providing administrative support in a fast-paced commercial setting, we encourage you to apply.
Training on marketing-specific IT systems will be provided. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
