Let us introduce ourselves
We’re Intuita, a new kind of data partner.
We’re a collective of data-driven people ready to cut through complexity to solve business problems in a human-centric and sustainable way. We provide pragmatic end-to-end services, products and technologies combined with straight-talking strategic direction to unlock the true value of data and drive transformational change.
Established in 2011 as a different player to the corporate data world, our ethos is to do the right thing, even if it’s not the easy thing; to build partnerships and relationships based on honesty and transparency; and to prioritise specialist skills and quality above all else.
The role
We’re growing – fast – and have big ambitions across both the consultancy and technology spaces. In order to achieve these ambitions, we’re hiring a new role for our Analytics and Insights team to strengthen, support and lead this area. As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced analytics and AI solutions to clients. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities as a consultant, as well as leading by example and taking a more strategic overview on current and future projects.
You role will include:
End-to-End Project Delivery:
o Lead the technical delivery of analytics and AI projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and quality standards.
o Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide actionable insights through data-driven solutions.
o Leverage Python and SQL to build, optimise, and automate analytic models, ensuring data is processed efficiently and effectively.
Data Analysis & AI Model Development:
o Apply advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis to solve complex business problems.
o Develop AI-driven solutions tailored to the client's needs.
o Maintain a focus on delivering practical solutions, ensuring models and insights lead to measurable client outcomes.
Effective Communication & Storytelling:
o Translate complex data and AI model outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
o Create compelling presentations and data visualisations, using tools like Power BI or Tableau, to tell the story behind the data.
o Actively engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they remain informed and aligned with the project goals.
Innovation & Problem Solving:
o Stay curious and constantly explore new analytics and AI methodologies and tools, bringing innovative solutions to clients.
o Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver higher value through automation or advanced analytics techniques.
o Collaborate with internal teams to pilot and scale new AI solutions that enhance client outcomes.
Client Management & Support:
o Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on analytics and AI.
o Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and presenting technical solutions to potential new clients.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all solutions meet the client’s business requirements and are aligned with best practices.
A bit about you
Being a consultant at Intuita means something a little different to being a consultant elsewhere, we like to hire driven characters who share our passion and approach, bringing their style and flare. We see ourselves as trusted partners to our clients and believe in transparency, quality and integrity above all else, always pushing the boundaries to deliver the best outcomes for our clients. We also really value collaboration and teamwork, making sure we work together to solve problems and share learnings as a team.
As a Lead and pivotal role, you’ll not only share these values but demonstrate and lead by example, bringing your own personality and approach to the role. We’re looking for someone with the following experience and qualities, but if you don’t fit these exactly and are interested in working for us, get in touch anyway – we hire people, not job specs.
- You will drive the design, implementation, and storytelling of data insights through analytics and AI models, ensuring clients derive tangible value from their data.
- You must have a keen analytical mind, be an innovative problem-solver, and possess strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex insights in an engaging and understandable way.
For this role, we’d expect:
· An Innovative Problem Solver: Proactively identify and tackle complex client problems using cutting-edge analytics and AI solutions.
· An Inquisitive & Curious mind: A passion for continuously learning and staying ahead of the curve in the fast-evolving AI and analytics field.
· A Proven Strong Communicator: Able to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively, ensuring clients understand and value the insights provided.
Your required skills & knowledge will include but not be limited to:
· Python and SQL proficiency for data manipulation, analytics, and model building.
· Experience with machine learning libraries
· Strong ability to communicate complex concepts through data storytelling, using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
· Proven track record in delivering analytics projects involving predictive modelling, machine learning, or AI.
❔ What’s in it for you?
We're not a standard consultancy and neither are our benefits - they are enhanced as we pride ourselves on having a people-first culture which sets us apart from other consultancies and organisations.
You can view more on our Benefits here, but as a further insight on how we look after our people, we offer the following support and opportunities:
Salary – it’s important, we know
We are seeking a range for this role which would generally cover £85,000 to £100,000 per annum (as a full time salary, pro rata based on hours less then 37.5hr p/w.)
(Really) flexible and hybrid working: most companies say they offer flexible working, but they’ve never experienced flexible working at Intuita. We offer hybrid working as standard, flexible hours and part-time roles to fit your lifestyle. We have three UK offices in Newbury, London and Liverpool, which you’re welcome to switch between as much or as little as you like. We also organise regular social events at each office to ensure we maintain our close-knit feel.
Care for your health and wellbeing: we genuinely care about the wellbeing of our team. We offer comprehensive company-paid medical insurance, free therapy and mental health support via Spill, a team of in-house Mental Health First Aiders, plus financial education and consultations.
Incredible training and learning opportunities: our team is full of talented individuals who are genuine experts in what they do. You’ll get to work alongside them and learn from the best, as well as boosting your skills and knowledge with our knowledge sharing sessions, mentoring and company-paid certifications.
✨ Freedom and empowerment: we allow our consultants to actually be consultants, not just bodies. You’re given the responsibility and accountability to really own problems and are encouraged to explore new directions and opportunities. There are no glass ceilings here and we don’t have salary or promotion review dates – we reward people as and when we see great work
A supportive, friendly team: we work hard but enjoy working hard together. We’re a diverse and inclusive team who enjoy silly Slack conversations and regular social events; our relatively flat structure means that everyone has an equal voice.
