About the role
A caregiver at Visiting Angels North Shropshire requires to be a compassionate and friendly person who has very strong communication skills. The successful candidate’s duties will include:
Personal care, helping them to get up in the morning or prepare for bed in the evening, including a shower or bath. Assist them with dressing/undressing. Assisting with incontinent tasks. Preparing fresh meals and snacks. Helping with laundry or light housework. Supporting our clients to access the community for appointments, community groups and outings. Prompting & administering medication. Companionship and socialising. Pet care if needed. To be an outstanding team player.
