We are looking for a Community Wellbeing Support Workers to join our growing organisation who are fun, compassionate and most of all caring and enthusiastic about helping others. This is a hugely rewarding opportunity to provide support and guidance helping individuals with day-to-day living. Our Community Wellbeing Support Workers help enable individuals to live within their own communities and to empower them to live as independently as possible by assisting them to: go shopping, prepare meals, attend appointments, take part in their hobbies, and keep themselves and their homes clean.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have an understanding of, or are willing to learn about acquired brain injury. Essential requirements include a driving license and smartphone.

We are looking for a female Community Support Worker to support our female clients located in Shrewsbury and Oswestry.
We have various shift patterns available, with hours ranging between 1-6 hours per shift. This includes 1-1 work supporting female clients with their independence, helping with medication, with shopping and getting them out and about accessing the local community. This position is suitable for people looking for part-time hours.
**What do we offer?**
We can offer you a varied work pattern with flexible working schedules and set/structured rosters to help work life balance. We have permanent and part time contracts available, up to 30 hours per week, with overtime also available.
