The apprenticeship is aimed at people who have supervisory responsibilities within the FM industry, preparing individuals for managing a 'hard' (estate / building management) or 'soft' (catering, cleaning ,administration and security) Facilities Management service,or a group service. Facilities Management Supervisors will be providing customer service , be proactive in finding solutions to problems, supervising others and have an awareness of contractual requirements and service delivery targets between their organisations and the client. This programme has a strong focus on management skills and Health & Safety and is for those wishing to strengthen their career in facilities and will help build effective facilities managers. The Apprenticeship is designed to be delivered over 18 - 22mths. What do we look for in our apprentices?

You should have an interest and passion for your chosen apprenticeship pathway

You should enjoy problem solving and getting practical, hands on experience

You should be committed to learning and completing studies in your chosen pathway

You will have Maths and English Level 4-9 or equivalent/ Scottish National 5 certificates grade A to C and you should be able to provide certificates at interview
