Here at Chessington World of Adventures our 2024 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a Health & Safety Advisor to join the team

In this role you will work closely with the department managers and enforcement authorities on everything from health & safety and fire safety to food hygiene and environmental health. It’ll be down to you to support the Health & Safety Director to embed policies and procedures that minimise risks and make sure all risks are assessed right across the Resort.

Keeping the Resort teams well-advised and well-informed, you’ll also develop and deliver safety training, investigate accidents and claims, monitor safety standards and help promote our image as a leader in the safety field.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Solid health & safety experience
  • A background that will have made you thoroughly familiar with a wide range of health & safety issues and proved you can think strategically as well as handle the finer detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in every team
  • A NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent), or willingness to work towards
