Job Description

The Grand, York is currently looking for an amazing Doorman to work alongside and report to the Head Concierge, providing a true Yorkshire welcome and sharing knowledge of the city to our guests. As part of the role, your responsibilities will include maintaining the smooth running of the entrance to the hotel, assisting guests into cars/taxis, providing an accurate and courteous delivery and/or collection of any luggage, parcels or mail, and maintaining high standards of customer service at all times. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an incredible 5* experience at The Grand.
