As a Doorman at The Grand, York, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills to maintain the smooth running of the entrance to the hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests into cars/taxis, providing accurate and courteous delivery and/or collection of luggage, parcels or mail, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, plus benefits such as fully funded apprenticeship programmes up to level 7, supervisory and management development training, and discounted local NCP car parking.
