A bit about the job:

As a Client Relationship Manager: General Insurance – Mid-Market, you will take accountability for client and broker-facing relationships and negotiations in support of your Mid-Market clients (mid-corporates).

You will work with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to scope and design bespoke insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each of your individual clients, taking responsibility for the delivery of our service from initial design through to external negotiation, client presentations, corporate hospitality, and long-term relationship management. As well as wider involvement in the design and implementation of cross sell initiatives, and innovation of our client propositions.

You will need a strong understanding of commercial insurance, ability to network and confident negotiating skills. You will be expected to travel to broker and client meetings locally or further afield (UK only travel).

If you are ready for the challenge, then we would love to hear from you.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Previous experience within the general insurance industry. Highly motivated, collaborative team player with a ‘can do’, winning mentality who can take ownership and responsibility, strong professional pride, and integrity. A natural problem solver, happy to challenge the status quo with strong rapport building and relationship management skills.
