Oracle’s EMEA Applications Marketing team is looking for a results-oriented, meticulous and tenacious Senior Marketing Manager to support regional go-to-market planning, messaging and activation of our global sales plays. The role is an opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders to support demand generation and customer engagement for the EMEA region. 

Responsibilities

Act as liaison with Global Campaigns and Product Marketing teams to convey regional GTM priorities and content requirements to deliver sales plays/pursuits. Collaborate and influence across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders including Sales, BD, pre-sales, product marketing and subject matter experts to define and develop integrated campaign strategies, goals and messaging. Understand regional TAMs and real-time pipeline status to propose, monitor and optimise impactful Allbound Sales Play activations to drive measurable pipeline gains against regional, product and industry targets. Align global sales plays to regional customer needs to ensure campaign messaging is positioned for greatest impact. Oversee the content journey through the Allbound campaign funnel, including owning last mile content development (email, social, event presentation, outbound tool kits etc). Own the consolidation of pan-EMEA Activity plan for sales plays. Working closely with field marketing colleagues on regional planning. Program manage global sales play campaign delivery and enablement into EMEA Field teams. Review the performance of campaigns across all channels with management and stakeholders. Provide detailed analysis and commentary, make recommendations, and implement changes where necessary to ensure pipeline targets are met.

Qualifications:

Marketing qualifications (preferable) Minimum 8 years’ experience in the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns within a B2B organisation. Software and technology experience is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Business-level English is a must and a second European language advantageous. Extensive content development and copywriting skills. Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance.  Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Experience of working with complex teams and across multiple geographies and cultures

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
