The primary responsibility will be to dealwith all matters relating to the management of a portfolio ofclients. You will also provide advisory services to your clients.The team deals with a wide range of business tax workincluding business reconstructions and demergers general corporatetax advisory support capital allowancesEIS and SEIS R&D and share options. There will be anopportunity to get involved in a variety of areas and the businesswill provide support and training to develop your knowledge andskills in more technical areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Overseetax compliance services and provide advisory services to a widerange ofclients.
  • Opportunityto support in niche advisory areas based on experience/aspirations.
  • Managea substantial portfolio of interesting clients.
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and within thebusiness.
  • Guide and supervise less experienced colleagues.
  • Support train mentor and advise others.
  • Challenge current practice drive improvements and champion change.
  • Lead on complexprojects


Requirements
  • CTAand/or ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Extensiveaccountancy practiceexperience
  • Anin depth up to date knowledge of taxation with the ability to dealwith complex tax issues
  • Project and staff management experience
  • Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio
  • Demonstrable post qualifiedexperience
