Bristol Care Homes is a group of four nursing homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We provide top quality, best value, holistic care to our residents, and are an established company with a good reputation for the care we provide.

We are currently looking for a Marketing Assistant to focus on local marketing and engagement, working across our 4 homes, meaning that this is not a remote position.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will receive following benefits:

Responsibilities and duties for Marketing Assistant role are:

  • To ensure that the company’s engagement and presence within the local community is maximised at every opportunity.
  • While using the head office as a base, to be regularly present in all 4 of our homes, engaging directly with the managers, staff, residents and their families
  • To produce and distribute monthly newsletters and activities brochures
  • Support with the collation and creation of key marketing documents that support the promotion of our team and business
  • Monitor and proactively manage stocks and presentation of printed and branded materials and brochures, highlighting any requirements for reprints or new materials
  • Supporting the creation of positive engagement social media presence for the company
  • Provide support for marketing campaigns running throughout the year
  • Provide general marketing support with ad-hoc projects

Criteria for the Marketing Assistant role:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and skills
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload
  • Evidence of ability to work concurrently on a number of different projects, ensuring projects are completed to time
  • Previous experience of working within a similar role
  • Ability to travel between our homes and head office

Hours:

Full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to work outside these hours when required e.g. to attend events

Pay:

As an employee of Bristol Care Homes, you will earn

  • Salary: £23000 to £25000 DOE
