Job Title: Marketing Assistant

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bristol. As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns, assist in the creation of promotional materials, and help manage various marketing projects. Your role will be crucial in driving brand awareness and supporting the company's marketing goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
  • Support the creation and design of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and social media content.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities, events, and product launches.
  • Manage and update content on the company website and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Help monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in organizing and attending marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain and manage marketing databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with team members and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and managing documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or internship in marketing or a related field is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for marketing and brand promotion.
  • Flexibility to work on various projects and adapt to changing priorities.
