Your role


As the Head of Portfolio, you will be the face of the Cybersecurity portfolio to the organization. Responsible for the strategy and implementation for the Cybersecurity portfolio, you will be responsible for setting and managing the portfolio road map, applying market knowledge, relationship with Analysts and enabling and awareness of Sales and Presales workforce for Cybersecurity portfolio offers. You will ensure the portfolio remains innovative, competitive and compelling through-out its life cycle. 


Key Responsibilities:

Overseee all areas of Portfolio offer creation or extension/refresh including design and development for the Ready to Sell gate Communicating the portfolio strategy to the organization and ensuring all stakeholder alignment. Developing the portfolio story/message/pitch and hook and communicating it effectively throughout the organization and the market. Driving Portfolio development & implementation also in sync with the Group Corporate portfolio. Ensuring the Portfolio offerings are effectively launched with particular focus on pricing, positioning, and competitiveness. Ensure all offer content & collaterals are created and maintained. Measuring Portfolio performance and, when appropriate, implement enhancement and/or mitigation strategies. Your team will provide reliable forecast reports to the organization to anticipate year-end performance. Undertaking technology and market research and analysis.  Identifying opportunities for innovation, enhancements, and positive positioning in the market. Partnering with Marketing team to ensure technical and solution collateral is translated into customer messaging as well as plan and drive campaigns as agreed with Global Service Line Head. Partnering with Learning and Development teams to provide sales training and support by articulating a portfolio vision and strategy. Ensure the sales organization understands the vision and can communicate its value; Managing Analysts/Advisors inquiries Leadership of the Portfolio team leadership - responsible for development and career progression of team members.

Win Rate Bookings on Cybersecurity Portfolio People measures as appropriate: attrition/engagement/diversity and inclusion

Key Characteristics: 

Experience leading global Cybersecurity portfolio. Senior level advisor with executive presence, gravitas and credibility. Significant commercial acumen and financial astuteness. Have strong planning, communication and presentation skills, the capability to listen and influence and therefore have strong conflict management skills.  Excellent interpersonal, team working and mentoring skills- need to work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and customers. Highly motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage multiple customers and/or engagements. Keen to succeed for self, team and the business.  Effective Relationship and Stakeholder management skills, experience with working and establishing relationships at all levels within an organisation.

Portfolio specific market experience desired as it relates to cybersecurity. Understanding of GTM strategies. Understanding the sales cycles and product lifecycles and their respective pressures on the marketing functions to drive demand and revenue. Continuous improvement Change management

Your Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo checks. 
There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.
There are other criteria and check required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
