Registered Nurse (Complex Care)

Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Days/Nights

Hourly rate: £22 - £24

Please note that our client does not offer Tier 2 Sponsorship

We are looking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Adult) with experience in Complex Care to join our client's nursing team. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with complex nursing needs, neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries for adults age 18 years upwards.

Qualifications
  • RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification with current registration as an Adult Nurse.
  • Active UK NMC Pin
  • Proven experience in complex care settings, including experience with tracheostomy care, ventilation, and other complex medical interventions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards of practice.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responding to any changes in their condition.
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding their care and treatment plans.
  • Adhering to regulatory standards and maintaining accurate medical records.
