Glasgow, United Kingdom EDF Full time

EDF has a number of opportunities for Safety Case Engineers across all of our licensees. These include roles within our Nuclear Operations business, supporting our generating and defueling power stations, as well as our Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C businesses, where we’re building a new generation of nuclear power stations.

Join our Nuclear Operations team and support the continued safe generation at our existing PWR and AGR fleet of power stations. Projects are centred on safety cases to optimise and extend generating lives, driving towards Net Zero, with opportunities in both reactor and fuel route safety case areas. Defueling safety cases present new challenges and the biggest step change in AGR operation for over 30 years. This is an exciting opportunity to build skills, experience and expertise in supporting operating nuclear power stations and having an immediate contribution to the UKs current and future energy and environmental ambitions.

Come and join either of our expanding Hinkley Point C (HPC) or Sizewell C (SZC) teams. Be a part of one of the world largest and most exciting projects, whilst being at the forefront of the UK’s climate change agenda and energy policy.
