International Finance Business Partner

A brilliant, household name British Institution and global conservation charity is in need of an International Finance Business Partner to lead on the financial elements of some of its Africa-based programmes. This is an excellent and varied role that will offer travel opportunities and the chance to drive forward global conservation work. It should suit a qualified accountant with strong grant-management experience and the ability to interpret and manipulate financial data. It will pay up to £55,000 per annum and be based from the Central London offices up to two days per week.

As the International Finance Business Partner your role will involve:

  • Producing budgets for international donor-funded programmes
  • Working with local in-country teams to monitor budgets and perform due diligence
  • Producing financial reports on behalf of donors as per their specific requirements
  • Analysing and interpreting large sets of data
  • Business-partnering international teams and donors throughout
  • Occasional international travel


The ideal candidate for the International Finance Business Partner role will:

  • Be a qualified accountant, or qualified by experience
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with finance and non finance staff within the UK and overseas
  • Have strong data management skills
  • Have a passion for conservation
