The role holder will be responsible for facilitating and handling training requirements for the managed clients within the TMS, ensuring that all compliance and client SLA’s and commitments are met and managed.

Key Responsbilities

Liaising with clients and industry bodies to ensure training needs are identified Administration of all course bookings using customer booking management system Process booking for customer delegates in the most suitable location and cost-effective manner for delegates Ensuring comprehensive reporting on compliance, bookings and utilisation of courses and providers to internal and external stakeholders. Uploading of certificates, course reports and other documentation as required to the appropriate systems. Develop and build strong working relationships with customers, continually building on professional network. Proactively work with third-party training providers to build relationships, understand business needs, and collaborate with Global Business Development Lead on business opportunities. Develop and support internal stakeholders within NMG, collaborating with other business units within the global group. Ensure that client agreements are followed and managed appropriately. Effectively handle inbound queries through all communication channels, with a key focus on in-person client meetings where possible. Offer routine guidance to clients and other internal and external stakeholders on training issues, referring detailed enquiries to the appropriate manager. Invoice management and coordination, ensuring that all invoices/payments are made in line with client and Company agreements. Travel as required

Demonstratable experience in a training department at similar level in the oil & gas industry or maritime industry preferred. Sea-going or offshore experience desirable but not essential Highers in English and Maths – or equivalent experience Excellent administration skills MS office experience Excellent interpersonal skills – including experience presenting
