Overview

To provide data entry support for payroll team, allowing more experienced team members to assist with more complex issues and processes including SOX controls. To provide additional cover for Payroll Administrators, reducing risk of the loss of basic payroll functionality and accuracy due to unexpected absence or departure and to reduce single person dependency especially on the Irish payroll. To provide support for Payroll Manager in the raising of Zenith Purchase Orders and receipting, allowing Payroll Manager more time for process improvements and value add tasks, including SOX control improvements and streamlining.

Responsibilities

Process Car Invoices Data entry support for Irish payroll Basic payroll data entry including:StartersDeductionsStandard tax formsAd hoc payments Handling basic queries (. copy payslips, online payslip access issues) Compiling basic data (. stats, DWP queries) Uploading audit/SOX responses Learning payroll basics
