Since 1998 ourclient has partnered with the NGO Humana People to People trainingover 1500 volunteers to address vital issues in India and Africasuch as health education and food security. As the Recruitment &Communications Officer / Student Enrolment Coordinator youll be atthe forefront of spreading their message across various platformsfrom social media to university forums. Your role involves engagingwith interested individuals through online meetings presenting theprograms and guiding them through the enrolment process seamlessly.Youll handle the recruitment journey from start to finish ensuringprofessionalism and a personal touch. Collaboration is key as youwork closely with the team to continually enhance the recruitmentprocess. Plus theres room for growth where you may organisepresentations produce materials and expand their reach to schoolsuniversities and organisations across the UK and Europe.

To qualify... Youcould be a Recruitment & Communications Officer / StudentEnrolment Coordinator / Admissions Coordinator / StudentRecruitment Officer / a talented graduate (marketing / economics) /Communications or Social Media Whiz we dont mind as long as your CVdemonstrates:

  • A positive andproactive approach to engaging with potential students andpromoting programs.
  • The capacity to handle thefull recruitment process from start to finish including schedulingmeetings guiding individuals through the enrolment process andmaintaining accurate records.
  • A collaborativemindset with the ability to work effectively within a teamenvironment.
  • The ability to build rapport andconnect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. The candidateshould be able to conduct online meetings and presentations withconfidence and professionalism.
  • PreviousExperience: While not required previous experience in recruitmentcommunications or student enrolment roles would beadvantageous.

Due tothe office location you need to have a driving licence and accessto a vehicle.
