TheRole:

As a Senior Planneryou will have the responsibility of being the key point of contactfor clients delivering planning advice on planning and DevelopmentConsent Orders (DCO) amongst advising on other major infrastructureprojects.


Yourresponsibilities in the role:

In this role thesuccessful candidate will work with an established team of planningand infrastructure specialists on a range of exciting projects thatincludes renewable energy generation amongst potential othersectors.

The role will primarily involveproviding hands on support on DCO applications from inceptionthrough the pre application stage through to Examination stage. Youwill also assist on projects delivered through the TCPAregime.



Ideally the successful candidatewill:

Have completed RTPIqualification or equivalent

They will ideallyhave experience of working on Development Consent Orders(desirable)

Will have worked on infrastructureprojects during their career

Have a goodunderstanding of the UK Planning systems and potential upcomingchanges

Has a keep interest in working on DCOand large scale infrastructureprojects
