Vi søker en erfaren HR konsulent som skal hjelpe ledere til å nå sine forretningsmål gjennom å være en støttespiller og samarbeidspartner innen HR-faget.

Du vil arbeide tett med både ledere og medarbeidere i alle HR-aspekter og vil ha en viktig rolle knyttet til videreutvikling og gjennomføring av bedriftens HR strategi og aktiviteter. Du må derfor være trygg i stillingen og ikke være redd for å utfordre for å utvikle organisasjonen videre.

Sentrale ansvarsområder og arbeidsoppgaver

Utvikle og gjennomføre strategiske HR initiativ som understøtter forretningsmessige mål og strategier, blant annet systematisk arbeid med vårt verdigrunnlag; A Great place to work Støtte ledere og ansatte i håndtering av HR-relaterte spørsmål, inkludert sykefravær og andre personalrelaterte saker Gjennomføre og forbedre bedriftens rekrutteringsprosesser, samt sikre god kvalitet på on- og offboarding av ansatte Rekruttering og oppfølging av bedriftens lærlinger Opplæring av ledere og ansatte innen relevante områder Lede og drive HR relaterte prosjekter Overordnet ansvarlig for selskapets HR data og oppdateringer av disse Forvaltning og utvikling av personalhåndbok, samt videreutvikling av våre HR-prosesser, rutiner, maler og retningslinjer• Løpende operative og administrative HR-oppgaver Bidra til utvikling av kompetansestrategi, og skape en god kultur for læring og kunnskapsdeling Systematisere, analysere og ivareta kompetanse- og utviklingsplaner

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Bachelor/Master innen HR, Organisasjonspsykologi eller lignende. Minst 3 års relevant arbeidserfaring. Kjennskap til gjeldende lov- og avtaleverk. Utdanning innen arbeidsrett vil være en fordel. Har god digital kompetanse, ser muligheter og tar raskt i bruk nye digitale løsninger (erfaring med SAP og Success Factors vil være en fordel). Meget god muntlig og skriftlig fremstillingsevne på både norsk og engelsk
