As Front of House Manager,
it is your role to be an efficient and effective member of the management team,
supporting the General Manager with recruiting, training, and developing a
strong front of house team ensuring compliance with licencing, hygiene and
health and safety. You will need to be the bearer of standards, creativity, and
quality across brands and is responsible for the continuous developments of the
standards in the venue using such methods as training, people management,
reviewing of products and ensuring the general upkeep of maintenance and
cleanliness. You must be fully versed as a Duty Manager and confident in venue
management and cash handling.

brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual
successful in this process.

Essential

  • Experience in managing a front of house
    service.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and team
    motivation.
  • At least 6 months managers experience in
    leading a front of house role.
Desired
  • Experience in
    a multi-site unit, managing multiple locations.
  • Food safety
    and hygiene qualifications.
  • England &
    Wales Personal License.
Showcasing
your fantastic customer service skills will be the top priority and your role
will include:

  • All aspects of
    being a duty manager on shift: people management, venue management, security
    procedures, cash handling and finalising all end of night cash handling
    policies.
  • Ongoing
    development of the senior host and server in all locations and delivering
    unique and engaging incentives to deliver the branded guest experience and
    drive sales KPIs in the venue.
  • Accountable for
    effective recruitment planning and selection events for the front of house team
    in the venue, ensuring a high-quality onboarding and induction experience
    through probation completion.
  • Ensuring that all
    front of house rotas in the venue are done in line with the core rota &
    company rota goals.
  • Performance
    management and ongoing development experience for delivering the branded guest
    experience and service standards for all front of house roles in the venue.
  • Responsible for
    organization, cleanliness and reporting any upkeep issues to the GM for all
    front of house areas in the venue.
  • Accurate upkeep
    and development of the front of house files and weekly jobs, rotas, and
    cleanliness of the venue, escalating issues to the General Manager and
    Assistant Manager when required.
  • Handling administration and paperwork ensuring that all
    confidential documents are secured, and that any personal data is stored
    correctly in line with company policy.
