£23,500 plus great benefits (Work Level 6C)
Scunthorpe, hybrid working 

We’ll look to you to focus on the timely reporting of supply chain targets and business metrics. You’ll be responsible for engaging with our suppliers and monitoring inbound performance, whilst always looking at how we can continuously improve our ways of working to make sure we can deliver the best experience for our customers. 

What you’ll do

• Assist in the creation of daily/weekly/monthly Excel reports 
• Provide support on targets and stock control data upkeep
• Collate key data for the weekly trading meeting 
• Provide admin support to management colleagues and stock controllers
• Make sure that all information is kept up to date and accurate
• Support the team where new processes and procedures require admin changes
• Help to drive improvement and efficiencies across the team by using data to aid decision making 
• Provide support to colleagues where necessary by contacting suppliers and enquiring about supplier shortages

This role would suit people who have

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to use functions such as formulas, pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• A willingness to upskill and grow within this role 
• Good numeracy, database and information upkeep skills
• A keen eye for detail 
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with colleagues and partners at all levels
• The ability to organise your own workload and meet tight deadlines
