Fulfilment Compliance Auditor

As we continue our mission to make people happy through chocolate, we’re looking for a Fulfilment Compliance Auditor to join our Fulfilment Team on a permanent basis.
As Fulfilment Compliance Auditor, you will support our Fulfilment Operations by ensuring that our compliance standards are in conjunction with industry standards, whilst continuously highlighting and reporting any non-conformance through the correct channels. You will ensure that the Fulfilment Team remain compliant with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, policies, and other necessary documentation. Completed audits with findings are effectively summarised with suggested recommendations that are escalated to the relevant teams.
You will also play a key part in identifying opportunities in existing ways of working whilst also looking at opportunities for continuous improvement relating to industry standards. This is a great opportunity for a skilled Fulfilment Compliance Auditor to work cross-collaboratively within a business with ambitious growth plans.

Distribution Centre ‘Alpha’, in St. Neots , Cambridgeshire.
Distribution Centre ‘Beta’, in Harpole , Northampton.
Factory ‘Hadley Park’, in Huntingdon , Cambridgeshire
What you’ll be doing….
Working with agency partners and Health & Safety teams designing industry standard induction programme. Design operational training programmes in collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensure Policy & Procedure documents used for training are relevant and the latest versions updating our operating model with new agreed versions, archiving old versions when required to ensure audit compliance. Working with both Technical & Health & Safety teams to ensure compliance standards are in line with guidelines. Conduct internal audits against our Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring we remain compliant to all agreed standards and procedures outlining and escalating to your manager and gaps or non-compliance. Ensure Fulfilment areas operate within BRC and S&D guidelines for warehouse. Conduct bi – weekly GMP walks, sharing outcomes and working collaboratively with the Fulfilment teams to cover off next steps / opportunities in a timely manner. Creation and distribution of various reports. Challenge ways of working whilst implementing best practises whenever possible. Positively represent the compliance team in meetings & forums. Deputise for the Compliance Manager when required. Conduct internal audits within our Fulfilment operations against latest Policy & Procedure documents, reporting training opportunities and identifying any gaps in existing process material. Ensure that routine audits are carried out as new team members are onboarded. Ensuring the necessary standards and behaviours are adhered to. Ensuring that any inductions, training, and deployment of colleagues is thorough with necessary paperwork completed with employees clearly understanding company policies and procedures, including health and safety.Who you are…

Confident IT user - IT literate and competent in Microsoft Office packages, with good working knowledge of Excel. Experience in implementing ways of working and creating industry standard policies and procedures. Experience in conducting root cause audits with recommendations using stop start and continue. Ability to process confidential information. Experience of working with KPIs.Desirable (although full training and support will be given)
Experience working in storage and distribution environments. Ability to work well under pressure and strict deadlines. Warehouse, Storage and Distribution certification. Training experience. HACCP trained.Who are we?
