Directement rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous interviendrez en fonction des besoins, demandes et contextes au sein de nos différentes agences spécialisées dans le transport de marchandise à destination de toute l’Europe (messagerie et affrètement). 

En tant que Responsable de transition d'une agence appartenant à un important réseau intégré européen, vous êtes garant de la politique générale de l’entreprise, des orientations définies au niveau du groupe et de la direction régionale. Vos missions s’articulent autour de 3 grands axes :

1- Le management de l’agence :

L’animation des différents services de l’agence : communication, coordination, montée en compétence contrôle, … La gestion des recrutements de l’agence Le pilotage et suivi de projets divers et structurants en lien avec le réseau L’élaboration du budget et suivi des résultats L’analyse des indicateurs de performance Le reporting auprès de votre direction

2- Le pilotage de l’action commerciale :

Le déploiement de la politique commerciale groupe La gestion et le suivi de l’activité commerciale Le développement de votre portefeuille clients

3- La gestion et le suivi de l’activité Production / exploitation :

 La gestion de l'unité et le contrôle de la production

En parallèle de votre activité, vous êtes en relation régulière avec vos homologues régionaux, nationaux et européens afin de partager vos idées et bonnes pratiques

Profil

Titulaire d'une formation supérieure de type bac+3 à bac+5, vous possédez une expérience réussie d’au moins 5 ans dans le management d’un service / centre de profit spécialisé dans le transport de marchandise.

Vos expériences réussies font de vous une femme / un homme bénéficiant de compétences opérationnelles et managériales reconnues. De même, vous êtes rompu(e) à la gestion de projets structurants. Vous savez et appréciez également vous montrer force de proposition.

Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous bénéficiez, d'une véritable culture de la qualité et du service apporté aux clients. Votre grand sens de la communication, votre esprit d'équipe, votre écoute mais également votre méthode et votre gestion des priorités font de vous un(e) interlocuteur(rice) reconnu(e) et apprécié(e) à la fois de vos équipes, pairs et hiérarchie mais également de nos clients et partenaires.

Autonome, organisé(e) et rigoureux(euse), vous êtes capable de prendre des décisions rapides, en accord avec la politique interne. Le groupe évoluant dans un contexte international, vous possédez un bon niveau d'anglais.
