The role:
Senior Finance Business Partner - Commercial
The Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for the provision of full business finance support, advice, information and challenge to the IAG Cargo Chief Commercial Officer and IAG Cargo Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, enabling the achievement of revenue / cost targets and informed business decisions – maximising return for the group.
What you’ll do:
The commercial aspect of this role will focus on maintaining and improving effective financial management and governance for the commercial activity in IAG Cargo.
What you’ll bring to IAG Cargo:
The successful candidate will require strong business awareness and commercial acumen, project management skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
Your experience:
Skills
High motivation, objectivity and the ability to learn / develop Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment lending finance expertise to diverse groups of non-finance composition Ability to challenge decisions, whilst maintaining strong relationships and influence customers (GM and director level) to implement recommendations. A questioning and broad thinking approach is required with a strong orientation towards the provision of quality customer service to partnersQualifications
Education to Degree level or equivalent experience Professional finance qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent experience.Essential Experience
