Are you an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills, looking for your next challenge? 

The delivers academic and professional communications skills across the Imperial community. We are seeking an administrator for our day-to-day provision as we develop our role as a founding member of the .

The postholder will ensure the smooth operation of our in-sessional provision, from registration and scheduling to comms and evaluations. They will gather and analyse data on in-sessional provision, take-up and feedback. They will work across a number of IT systems and be proactive in improving processes and procedures.


Administering in-sessional provision and induction eventsAdministering data management systems, data storage and analysing data from all provisionMaintaining the Centre’s central calendar and bookingsContributing to marketing of CfAE provisionReconciling monthly income and expenditure, and raising POs
Excellent IT knowledge and proficient in use of Microsoft 365 suite of applications and able to learn new systems and applications quicklyStrong data management skills and use of data management systemsProven strong experience in multi-tasking and the flexibility to respond effectively to changing demands and priorities
