The Field TeamRecruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in thebusiness responsible for sourcing recruiting and onboarding newfield teams across all divisions. The primary objective is to meetthe business requirements by ensuring a steady influx of skilledfield teams.

Key Responsibilitiesand Objectives:

  • Sourcerecruit and onboard new field teams in line with businessneeds.
  • Liaise and coordinate with variousdepartments to facilitate the onboarding processeffectively.
  • Conduct interviews anddocumentation verification for prospective fieldteams.
  • Utilize various resources includingGoogle and local networks for team sourcing including coldcalling.
  • Maintain effective communication andmanage stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboardingprocess.

DaytoDayDuties:

  • Coordinate withoperations team to ensure timely interviews and documentationcollection.
  • Source new teams through onlineresearch and cold calling.
  • Communicate withidentified teams to guide them through the onboardingprocess.

Who we are lookingfor:

  • Proficiency inphone communication and confident in coldcalling.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manageworkload effectively.
  • Strong communicationskills including escalation of issues and stakeholdermanagement.
  • Experience inoffice environments.
  • Proficiency in dataanalysis using Excel and reporting tools(desirable).
  • Familiarity with Power BI(desirable).
