Purpose of the Role:

As Sub-Contractor Administrator you will be an integral part of the service delivery team. You will work closely with the site management team to ensure all works (PPM, reactive & quoted) are processed and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements. To support other OCS staff to deliver continuous improvement in customer service to maintain the upkeep of the client’s property by highlighting gaps/problems that occur following the report outs from our supply-chain.

Brief Job Description:

Booking their PPMs visits Ensure we continue to meet our contractual needs supporting the clients on-going ISO’s Placing all the call outs Scheduling all the quoted works Getting and logging in the remedial quotes Closing the PPMs with their reports Raising the remedial jobs on the Concept Updating all the specialist Jobs on Concept Maintaining a live spreadsheet with all the recommendations and Remedials Maintaining the Subcontractors Compliance Tracking sheet Updating the Subcontractors Assets with Assets management administrator. Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus. Excellent verbal and good basic standard of written communication skills. Self -motivated and systematic. Able to prioritise demands and make decisions under pressure. Results/ task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently. Reliable and committed. Confidential and discrete approach. Calm manner, able to work under pressure and with changing demands and priorities. Be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time. Desirable: Experience within a heritage environment Experience working in an FM envorinment Good use of IT, specifically Excel and Power BI
