Your Role
As Maintenance Supervisor in the Humber you will supervise the Technicians and Crafts-persons to ensure maintenance is planned and executed in line with Company and Competent Authority policies, procedures, and guidance. Liaising with the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) and Terminal Management you will plan, allocate and execute activities which are both planned and corrective. This role will be partly hands on as you will assist with onsite maintenance activities as required but you will also be responsible for promoting and developing the use of Maximo and control contractor activity including Safe Systems of Work, permits and RAMS.
About You
With a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification you will have previous experience of working in top tier COMAH facilities. You will be able to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing and manage your workload effectively.
