Maintenance Operative

DFDS Immingham are currently looking for a Maintenance Operative to join our team. This will be working Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 17:00pm. There will be occasional weekend work available also.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Undertake preventative, reactive and emergency maintenance.
- Record materials and equipment usage.
- To keep Terminal areas clean and free of debris.
- To assist in painting all terminal areas as required.
- Plan and work from verbal instruction, job sheet and schedule.
- Ensure all tools, equipment and machinery are suitable, sufficient and fit for purpose, reporting any defects or damage to the maintenance supervisor.
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with codes and regulations.
- Ensure maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Complete all relevant documentation.
