A day in the life of…

As Front Office Assistant you will be the first point of contact for most of our guests. Your role will be to welcome guests from all over the World with a friendly smile and exceptional service. You will work closely with your team mates to ensure that together each shift is smooth and efficient and deliver the best possible guest experience every time. Assisting with such needs as: transportation, and simply direct guests to sites and locations in the city. Additionally you will also be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests to the hotel and conversing with them in the reception and public areas
  • Helping guests with their baggage and showing them to their rooms
  • Handling customer queries
  • Taking and delivering messages for the guests
  • Making travel and restaurant reservations for guests
  • Keeping the lobby and front of the hotel area clean and tidy at all the time
  • Assisting all other departments with any duties as required

Based in the London Twickenham Stadium Hotel you will be part of a  team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.

You must be knowledgable about your local area, including attractions and dining facilities, and have the initiative to act on your own to satisfy guest expectations.
