The Opportunity

The Finance Systems programme is a global change program supporting the wider Global Finance Vision. Our goal is to simplify and develop a more resilient and scalable systems landscape that boosts our finance teams worldwide and the wider business.

This role is critical in supporting the Group Head of Finance Systems in setting and delivering within an our delivery team, the finance systems strategy, and associated projects.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Transformation specialist in delivering tasks for successful roll outs of finance systems initiatives e.g. process mapping, data analysis, reporting, communications including supporting the development of presentations for project boards, training support, document development and project related meeting facilitation.

You will be part of a project management and transformation team reporting into the Group Head of Finance Systems, and partner on the delivery of finance systems related projects on a day-to-day basis including gathering and translating complex business tasks into functional and technical specifications, collaborating with application delivery teams and stakeholders. Interpret and present data with a deep appreciation of finance processes and systems, facilitating workshops, and documenting outputs and work with project managers in scoping projects, facilitating meetings, defining user testing criteria, driving process improvements, and implementing changes while maintaining thorough documentation and managing project risks and dependencies.

We are looking for people who:

Have worked in a financial environment, and work with business proposal creation and demonstrating proficiency in finance business processes and technology.Can interpret data, map processes, and provide analytics for business case development, showcasing expertise in workflow analysis and process modelling.Have the ability to work with with stakeholders to validate processes, gather requirements, and promote change management initiatives, while applying expert knowledge of BA standards.Have strong communication and organization skills, along with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities effectively, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Can provide support for project initiatives from a change management perspective, including creating training materials and facilitating organizational change.
