First CallTalent Solutions are currently looking to recruit a FinanceAdministrator for our clients nationally recognised company who area specialist within their field.

The role isworking in their Rochdale office function, within their nationalfinance department, completing all related administration withintheir Accounts Payable function.

This role isbeing recruited for in: Rochdale, OL10.

Immediateinterviews and starts areavailable.

Candidateduties and experience willinclude:

  • Youwill be the main point of contact both internally and externallyand as such it is essential that you are confident in handlingqueries and liaising with departments, providing excellent levelsof customer service at all times
  • Experience inworking with Excel, Word and MicrosoftOffice
  • Experience of working within a financeteam is beneficial but not essential
  • Liaisingwith the shared service centre to process costinvoices
  • Log and process supplierinvoices
  • Handling supplier queries andrequirements
  • Record daily cash receipts fromcustomers
  • Reconcile accountspayable
  • Assisting with the management ofsupplier accounts

Candidates willcome from a Finance Administration, Customer Service, SalesAdministration or Sales Support background, have excellent customerservice skills and be able to manage a very busy, variedworkload.

Hours or work are Monday to Friday,8.00am to 5.00pm.

Starting salary up to 25kpadepending on experience + Excellent CompanyBenefits.
