Finance System Analyst

**Permanent - Full Time (36.25 Hours)**
RBH currently have an opportunity for a **Finance Systems Analyst **to join our IT Application Team.
Providing 3rd line support, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, IT and Finance, you will be responsible for the system administration of financial products, including user access, licences and configuration, managing and planning upgrades ensuring downtime is minimised and improvements realised.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Previous experience working within a Finance Team
- Previous experience and knowledge in the following:
- Financial management systems and self-serve platforms- Open Accounts and Ebis or similar
- Document management and invoice workflow - V1 or similar
- Budgeting software - Collaborative planning
- HousingBrixx
- Housing management integrations with finance - repairs/rent account/service charges-
- Previous experience of analysing business processes, identifying and delivering positive service improvements.
- Ability to work as part of a project team and to manage own workload and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with colleagues and suppliers and providing advice relevant to their business need.
- Ability to ask relevant questions, understand customer’s problems and perform trouble shooting.
