Direct liaise with Oncology / Haematology consultants Good communication skills within a small team Ability to work independently and within a small team Administration of SACT via IV, SC, IM and Oral routes Clinical skills in cannulation, phlebotomy and the use of CVCs Experience in Paxman scalp coolers Acute Oncology Haematology experience essential

NMC Registered Nurse Post Registration Qualifications/Course in chemotherapy administration or willingness to undertake Experience in organising oncology care Pre assessment of the Oncology / Haematology patient including Observations, Toxicity assessment and bloods taken peripherally or via central line.
