Job Title: Conveyancing Secretary
Location: Bristol, 1 day from home available.
Salary: DOE Circa £25K - £27K
Hours: Full Time, 9-5.
Firm: Mid size Established.


Hiring ASAP, Interviewing ASAP.

Reputable and well Establishes High Street Law firm are looking for a Secretary to join their Conveyancing team. Ideally, as soon as possible.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to;
* Working in the Conveyancing Department.
* Client liaison
* General administrative duties
* Audio typing
* Dealing with client queries in person and by telephone.
* Audio typing via the digital dictation system.
* Preparation of correspondence, court documents and invoices;
* Filing, photocopying and opening/closing client files in a timely manner.
* Maintaining and coordinating diaries and diary notes and reporting on these as necessary

ABOUT YOU:
* Friendly, approachable can do attitude.
* Comfortable in an office setting
* Experience working in Property Law/Conveyancing Department
* Experienced Legal Secretary
* Ideally someone who is on less than one month notice.
