Your new role 
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process. This includes processing the payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and handling any payroll-related enquiries. You will maintain accurate payroll records, prepare reports, and collaborate with the HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. Your role will be crucial in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. 
What you'll need to succeed 
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in payroll administration and a thorough understanding of payroll laws and regulations. Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential. You should be proficient in payroll software and have strong analytical abilities.
