To meet this goal, Amazon is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class service levels through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the last mile delivery space. Come join the team and help us make history

We're seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead events and content initiatives for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). In this role, you'll serve as the strategic mastermind, blending analytical prowess with creative flair to orchestrate large-scale marketing events that bolster Amazon Freight Partner and Amazon Relay businesses' objectives. Your primary mission will be the development and execution of flagship events, serving as a nexus for key customers and partners, facilitating engagement, education, and amplification of our sustainability and program performance goals.

As the driving force behind our event strategies, you'll be accountable for setting and achieving ambitious goals, meticulously curating event content including speakers, sessions, and post-event amplification efforts. Collaboration will be key, as you'll liaise with external agencies, brand teams, and marketing counterparts across EU and NA to ensure seamless execution and alignment with overarching business objectives. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in events management and content ownership, we want to hear from you.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop, lead, and execute flagship carrier and partner events, ensuring alignment with Amazon's sustainability goals and announcements, and maximizing impact through strategic content curation and delivery.
- Define event themes and programs in line with business objectives, project managing the development of speaker sessions and content creation, collaborating closely with internal teams
- Own and manage all aspects of content for events, including speaker selection, session development, and post-event amplification strategies to drive engagement and awareness.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing & Program teams, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of flagship events, driving playbook implementation and optimizing event effectiveness.
- Manage vendor-funding collaborations during events to optimize funding allocation and maximize value for both partners and Amazon.
- Orchestrate comprehensive marketing strategies for events, encompassing pre-event, at-event, and post-event phases, leveraging social media platforms like LinkedIn to amplify reach and engagement among target audiences, ensuring maximum participation and impact.
- Own financial planning and reporting for event performance, providing insights to inform future event strategies and optimizations.
- Conduct post-event reporting and analysis to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement, diving deep into data to uncover insights and successes.
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across carriers, partners, and internal teams, ensuring global consistency to brand guidelines and supporting wider marketing initiatives as needed.

A day in the life
A typical day in the life involves navigating seamlessly between strategy and execution, influencing internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders at all levels. With a focus on analytical precision and customer-centricity, they lead end-to-end event and content initiatives, driving impactful results in a dynamic environment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional partners, they craft compelling strategies, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Thriving on creativity and data-driven decision-making, they shape the future of ATS through innovative marketing endeavors, continuously optimizing and delivering measurable outcomes.
