  • Engagewith prospects and customers to understand their unique businessrequirements and challenges. Demonstrate ManageEngine solutions tocustomers alongside members of the salesteam
  • Staycurrent on market initiatives andtrends
  • Attendcustomer meetings tradeshows and events serving as a ManageEnginetechnical consultant Work closely and collaboratively withcustomers to develop practicalsolutions
  • Ensureeffective handover from Sales toDelivery
  • Providecustomer feedback to the product and engineering teams to capturenew customer requirements andenhancements

Requirements
  • 3years experience in presales solutions consulting product orsimilar roles supporting a software solution within the ITmanagementspace
  • Abilityto engage with and present to Csuiteprospects
  • Goodunderstanding of modern systems architecture networking andsecurity
  • Goodunderstanding of modern web and mobile frontend systems includingthe tools processes and technologiesbehind
  • Considerableproactive problemsolvingskills
  • Extensiveability to summarise contextualise and communicate complex issuesExcellent communication and teamworkskills
  • Highdegree of confidence in presenting software demos and leadingtechnical presalesdiscussions
